The Food Experience of a Lifetime Good or Bad?

Okay, so Jason and I have been talking about the food we ate a few weeks ago at Maze by Gordon Ramsey in NYC. The food was absolutely amazing, best meal I've ever had. The problem is that we are disappointed with all of the other meals we eat now. It was like opening our eyes to what great food is supposed to taste like, then saying you cannot have great food everyday, you have to fly to NYC to have food this good. So as much as we enjoyed it, we are kind of pissed we went.
