Guilty or Not Guilty?????

Okay so here's the deal with Sampson. Jason left on November 11, to report to active duty, on November 14th Sampson was involved in a situation that still has me shaking to this day. I received a phone call from my husband stating that Sampson and Andie got out of the very secure backyard at my parents house. Apparently they were seen standing over a dead dog in my parents front yard and were assumed to be the culprits. There are a few issues, let me know what you think..... Sampson has shown aggression against the Chihuahua breed before, has picked them up in his mouth. The dog that was killed was loose, which is probably the reason my dogs were so desperate to get out of the back yard. There were bite marks on the dead dog, but no blood on either of mine. My dogs were never seen with the dog in their mouths, and no one saw what happened. What's the verdict? Is Sampson Guilty or Not Guilty, you be the Judge???????
