Spinach-Artichoke Dip

Last night, I made Pioneer Woman's Artichoke Dip from my amazing cookbook (Thanks Mandy). I, of course, added Spinach because I am on a quest to find an amazing recipe! It was GREAT, not Tin Pan's, but good enough to make again. I think with a little tweaking I can make it more like Tin Pan's, as soon as that happens I will be calling my friend Annie and we will be celebrating together!!!
